Mohammad Haider Ali Sikder started his professional career in the late 2002 after completing his education. During this time span, he has acquired vast experience in Commercial Banking and Retail Industry.

A colorful & eventful career over 17 years has taken him through various important positions of different organizations. He has bought an extensive Banking Experience with him to the table. From the very early stage of his banking career, he proved himself as a dedicated, honest, result oriented & knowledgeable banker. His professional attitude helped him to be entrusted with the responsibility of the Manager Operations & Branch Manager of different commercially important branches by the Bank Management at a very short span of time. Besides, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ecstasy Limited, a leading Fashion Retail House of Bangladesh.

After completing his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Accounting from the University of Dhaka, Haider pursued and completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in Accounting from the same University. He is also a Diplomaed Associate of the Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh. In his banking career, he attended a number of trainings and workshops on Credit, Foreign Exchange, and General Banking both at home and aboard.

Along with the professional field, he was a regular contributor & trainer of the Training Institute of the banks where he worked. In his early career,  Haider also taught at a Private University as a Lecturer in its Business School.
